We are looking for a CRM Reporting Specialist / Executive who will bring his/her enthusiasm, positive attitude and experience to be a part of our dynamic work environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Testing and analyzing CRM activities,
  • Preparing reports needed in strategic management processes, business development areas
  • Preparing data analysis, report & presentation modeling designs,
  • Following and reporting the periodic targets of the company,
  • Preparing reports to be submitted to the collaborating institutions,
  • Presenting the opinions and ideas about productivity and business development towards the customers to the management and taking the relevant actions.
  • Determining the appropriate target audience for customer-focused campaigns and tracking the success of the campaigns
  • Analyzing how to structure sales and marketing metrics, financial information and other departmental data
  • Continuous follow-up of developments in the CRM field and implementation of new applications.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in in Statistics, Business, Economics departments.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • At least 3 years of experience in related fields.
  • Powerful analysis and problem solving skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Data analysis and reporting capabilities.
